Divina is a group art show delving into cultural representations of the divine feminine. Drawing
from traditional stories, celebrated rituals, religious iconographies, ancient mythologies and
sacred practices, Divina speaks about the spiritual aspect in which femininity is engraved in the
traditional values of Latin America. This show explores the experiences through the lens of
divine femininity with current social issues, interactions of indigenous and Tejanx culture
through the profound impact of spirituality and how this impacts the divine feminine across latin
culture. This show explores the intersectionality of queerness and spirituality through a latinx lens.
